In Person Sessions:

Each session last about 30-45 minutes. My workouts are short but very effective.

If you plan to buy the whole month upfront you will get a discount.

Since I can train people out of my own home gym, I can charge half the price of other trainers.

I recommend at least 2-3 workouts a week to ensure we hit all body parts.

I will create a custom workout plan based on your goals and injuries.

I send all my clients nutrition guides to follow and what supplements are worth your money.

Also all my clients will get lifetime advice from me even if they choose to workout on their own.

Weekly cheek ins Voice call or Face call
